New Features
Foreign exchange conversion is now supported for Bank Statements!
You can now change the Currency (document currency) to match your entity’s default currency.
For example, if your entity is based in Australia and you're viewing a UK bank statement, simply set the (Document) Currency to British Pound, and the amount in AUD will be automatically calculated using the RBA exchange rate based on the transaction date for your review and export!
Contract Notes Support in SmartDocs 360
SmartDocs 360 now supports Contract Notes for both share buys and sells, including bond statements.
You can extract key details such as amounts, brokerage, FX rates, units, and more. Plus, all extracted data can be bulk exported into a single spreadsheet for easy reporting and analysis.
Improvements
Smart Matching Model Toolbar
The Model Editor toolbar has been repositioned to the top-left corner. This toolbar has also been given a subtle visual update:
Document Save Confirmation
The Document UI has been updated, adding confirmation for when changes are saved successfully.
Errors Fixed
Document Error Notifications
Previously, some transactions may have failed to publish to Xero without showing any error. This has now been fixed — if publishing fails, the relevant error message will be displayed to the user now.
