Exchange Rate Conversion Now Live
SmartDocs 360 supports multi-currency documents!
You can select a different currency for Invoices and Receipts if it differs from the entity’s base currency. All amounts will be automatically converted using official RBA exchange rates, ensuring accurate, real-time conversions.
Set a Default Category for Contacts
SmartDocs 360 now lets you assign a Default Category to each contact.
For example, for the supplier OfficeWork, you can set 'Stationery' as the default category.
Once set, all future invoices from that contact will be automatically categorised - no manual updates needed.
If no default category is assigned, SmartDocs will continue to use AI to suggest the most relevant category for each document.

Scrollable Left Menu Navigation
We’ve enabled vertical scrolling for the left-hand navigation menu to improve usability on smaller or scaled screen resolutions. This update ensures all menu items remain accessible, even when the full list exceeds the visible area.
