Receipt & Invoice Enhancements – Dynamic Pricing Calculations
The receipt and invoice templates now support dynamic calculations for pricing fields. The following fields are now interdependent and automatically update based on user input:- Unit Price
- Quantity
- Net (calculated as Unit Price × Quantity)
- Tax
-
Total (calculated as Net + Tax)
Any change to one of these fields will trigger automatic recalculation of the others to ensure consistency and accuracy. This enhancement reduces manual data entry and helps prevent pricing errors.
-
QuickBooks Integration Prep – Company Name Display in Connections UI
As part of ongoing work toward QuickBooks integration, Smartdocs now displays the QuickBooks company name in the Connections UI when an entity is linked.
