New Features

1. Privacy Redact - You can now use the new Privacy redaction feature to redact the chosen fields from a document. This is particularly useful for removing sensitive details like addresses or identification numbers to ensure confidential information is protected.

   

2. Creating an Entity - SmartDocs 360 now automatically applies the default tax rates to categories for New Zealand and Singapore companies when setting up a new entity.
   

Improvements

1. Documents -  Added the option to remove extra, unused models from document extraction. Reprocessing a document will allow you to recover any deleted models.

   

2. Documents -  Invoices and receipts will no longer generate a separate line item for the total GST amount when it is provided as a separate line item in the document.
3. Documents - Improved tabbing in the document model editor and pop-ups to easily navigate within fields.

Errors Fixed

1. Documents - Resolved an issue where the file extension could be changed when renaming a document.
2. Documents - Fixed the issue where large JPG images were not uploading and extracting to the correct format on upload.
3. Xero Integration - Fixed an issue where Xero-integrated contacts were not auto-selected correctly if duplicate contacts existed in SmartDocs 360.
