SmartDocs 360 allows you to upload contract notes, automatically extract key information, and export the data in formats suitable for importing into other software. This guide will walk you through the process step by step.
Supported Contract Notes Types
SmartDocs 360 currently supports the following types of contract notes:
Australian (ASX) Contract Notes
Foreign Exchange Contract Notes
Bond Statements
Step 1: Uploading Contract Notes
You can upload Invoices to SmartDocs 360 in two ways:
Upload via Documents Screen

Step 2: Review and Edit Data
Once uploaded, click on the Contract Note to review the extracted data.
Once processed, SmartDocs 360 will automatically extract:
