Step 1: Upload Bank Statements
Upload via Documents Screen
Navigate to Documents in SmartDocs 360. |

Click Upload Documents |
Upload via Email

Send your bank statements to the designated SmartDocs email.
Processing Time

Extraction takes up to 2 minutes, with 90% of files processed in under 30 seconds.
Step 2: Review and Edit Data
Once uploaded, click on the uploaded bank statement to review extracted data.
Once selected, the preview screen will display
- The left panel displays the original PDF.

The right panel shows the extracted transactions.
Additional Features:
Sort by Columns: Click column headers to reorder transactions. |

Toggle DR/CR Columns: Switch between Debit and Credit views. |

Manually Add Line Items: Click a button to insert new transactions. |
