Overview
SmartDocs 360 allows you to easily export data extracted from documents into a CSV or Excel format. This exported data can be uploaded directly into accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, streamlining your financial processes.
Accessing a Document
- Navigate to the Documents screen in SmartDocs 360.
- Select the Document to open it for review.
Export the Document

- At the top of the extracted data section, click

- Select your preferred format (CSV or Excel) and how the data should be formatted based on the options provided.
- The pop-up window will also provide you with the following export format options:
- SmartDocs 360
- SmartDocs Precodeded
- QuickBooks Online
- Xero
- Xero Precoded
- Click
- At the top of the extracted data section, click
Exporting from the Documents screen
- Navigate to the Documents screen in SmartDocs 360.
- Select
on the document you wish to export.
- Select Export from the list.
- Select the File Type and Format (if the option is available) and then click Export.
