Overview
SmartDocs 360 enables you to organise users into groups with Entity Management, making managing access to specific entities easier. This article will provide insight and explanation on how to create and set up groups and assign entities to them.
By default, Admin users have access to all groups and entities.
Navigation
From the Main Toolbar, select Settings |

From the Left Toolbar, hover over Admin |
|
Select Role Settings from the toolbar that appears |

How it works
Users can be allocated to groups, these groups can represent teams or offices.
these groups can then be assigned across to specific entities.
To create a Group
First Click
Then enter the Group Name
After entering a name for the group Select
On the left table will be the Entity List, these are the Entities available to be accessed for the Group.
To add or remove Entities available to be accessed by members of the group Select
The table on the right side displays the Users that have been assigned to the group. These users will have access to the entities listed in the group's Entities List.

The Entities List is designed to provide insight into which user has access to which Entity and the method it was given.
To view the list of users that have access to Entities first select the Entity on the Entity List, then review users on the User List. To add or remove users, Click
