Overview
Reprocessing a document allows users to update document details, such as revising the category list or adding new contacts. Follow the steps below to reprocess a document in BGL SmartDocs.
When to Use the Reprocess Feature
- If the document’s category list has been revised.
- If new contacts need to be associated with the document.
- If document details need to be refreshed based on recent updates.
Accessing a Document
- Navigate to the Documents screen in SmartDocs 360.
- Select the Document to open it for review.

Reprocessing the Document
In the document preview screen, click
The system will update the document details based on the latest category list and contact information.
