Overview
In SmartDocs 360, when uploading a supported document type A can analyse and extract information from the document, after which the data can be exported.
Using AI learning models, different document types are added to our ever-growing Supported Document Types list.
| Document Types | Summary |
| Bank Statement | After Bank Statements are uploaded and analysed by SmartDocs 360, the data can be exported as a CSV, Excel or a QIF file. |
| Invoice | Invoices can be uploaded and analysed through SmartDocs 360. |
| Property Settlement Statement | The Property Settlement Statement can be uploaded and analysed through the SmartDocs 360 AI engine. |
| Receipt | Receipts can be uploaded to SmartDocs 360 where data can be extracted from the documents. |
| Rental Property Statements |
The Rental Property Statement is supported and can be uploaded and extracted through SmartDocs 360. |
| Utility Bill | Utilities Bills such as Water and Gas etc, can be uploaded and analysed through SmartDocs 360. |
| ASIC Fee | ASIC Fees are supported and can be uploaded and extracted through SmartDocs 360. These can be exported to Xero. |
| Council Rates | Council Rates are supported and can be uploaded and extracted through SmartDocs 360. These can be exported to Xero. |
| Trial Balance | The Trial Balance is supported and can be uploaded and extracted through SmartDocs 360. A manual journal can be posted directly to Xero when connected to Xero. |
| Other | When a document has been uploaded however SmartDocs 360 can not identify the Document Type, the document will be classified as Other. |
