1. Exporting QIF Bank Statements
SmartDocs 360 now supports exporting bank statements in QIF format! With this universal standard bank file, users can easily import bank transactions into external software such as MYOB, HandiSoft, and property management platforms like PropertyMe.
Users can now view and manage tax rates under Settings - Tax Rates. If the entity is connected to Xero, tax rates will sync automatically and be available for use.
3. Country selection for Entities
Users can now select Country in the Entity Details screen or when creating an entity. When a Country is selected, SmartDocs will also select the relevant Currency by default. This helps us better understand user context and enhance our models for more precise handling. Stay tuned for more international features rolling out soon!
1. Create/Update Contacts in SmartDocs 360 and sync the contact to Xero/QuickBooks
Users can now create Contacts in SmartDocs 360, then sync the contacts across to QuickBooks as well as Xero.
2. Create a Category and sync the category to Xero
Users can now create categories in SmartDocs 360, and they will automatically sync to Xero—no need to recreate them manually! This also makes importing the Trial Balance or Chart of Accounts (via Trial Balance) easier, as categories are created simultaneously.
3. User Roles & User List in Side Menu
Managing users is now more accessible! We've added User Roles and the User List to the side menu bar under Settings.
4. Bank Statement Model Preview UI – Switch Debit/Credit Side
We've added a convenient toggle in the Bank Statement Model Preview UI that allows users to easily switch the debit and credit sides in the transaction amount column with just one click!
