The SmartDocs 360 Mobile App

Overview

The SmartDocs 360 Mobile App allows users to access SmartDocs 360 quickly and take pictures of documents using their phones, which they can then upload to SmartDocs 360 for processing.

Installation

1. Download the SmartDocs 360 app from your app store:

   • iOS Users: Download from the App Store
   • Android Users: Download from the Google Play Store

2. Open the app and Sign in

3. Select the entity you want to work with.

Documents Screen

Once you have selected an entity, you will be brought to the Documents screen.

1. The allows you to upload pre-existing photos or files stored on your mobile phone to be processed by SmartDocs 360
   

2. The search bar allows you to find documents in SmartDocs 360 quickly, and the filter can set what type of document is currently being displayed.

3. Selecting any of the documents will open up the document, with the ability to review and save changes to the data pulled by SmartDocs 360.

4. You can take a picture of a document in the SmartDocs 360 app to have it uploaded and processed.
    
5. This button leads to the profile screen.

Offline Uploads

You can now upload files in SmartDocs 360 even when your device is offline. Here’s how it works:

1. Select Files Offline
   Tap the + button to add photos or documents. The SEND icon changes, and a pop-up shows you’re offline.
   

2. Files Are Cached
   Selected files are stored on your device with an overlay showing they’re waiting to upload. You can remove them using the trash icon.

3. Upload When Online
   Once online, tap SEND to upload all cached files. Uploaded files are then removed from the cache.
   

Profile Screen

The Profile Screen allows you to change entity, change firm, enable or disable Biometrics Login and logout.

1. Allows you to change the entity currently selected.
    
2. The SmartDocs Email grants you the ability to send documents to SmartDocs 360 for the program to process and extract. Please note that the email does not check for spam and will process every email received. Please be mindful who receives the email address.
    
3. Lets you change firm if you have access to multiple SmartDocs 360 subscriptions.
    
4. Here you can enable Biometrics login (Face ID, Fingerprint) to login quickly and efficiently.
    

5. The About section lets view the privacy policy and the Terms and Conditions, as well as send feedback directly to the product team.

6. Logs you out of the app
    
7. Switches back to the Documents tab.
