2. Export Bank Transactions for Sage HandiSoft
Extract bank transactions from PDF files and export them in an ASCII format compatible with external software, including (but not limited to) Sage HandiSoft.
3. Document UI - Support upload image files e.g. PNG, JPG, BMP
In addition to PDFs, users can now upload image files in PNG, JPG, and BMP formats. These image files will be automatically converted to PDF upon being uploaded to SmartDocs 360.
Instead of deleting an entity when all its documents are removed, users can now disable the entity. When an entity is disabled, all documents are securely stored and can be reactivated at any time. A disabled entity will be billed on the 1st of the next month, with no further charges thereafter.
