Users can effortlessly add contacts within SmartDocs 360, whether from the Contacts section or while reviewing documents and syncing them with Xero. This streamlines workflows and eliminates duplicate data entries at the same time.

2. Seamless Bank Statement Imports with Xero
We’ve streamlined the bank statement import process for Xero-connected entities! Now, when using the Import into Xero button, users can select from a list of active bank accounts and will be automatically redirected to the corresponding account in Xero. This redirection is based on the BSB and Account Number extracted from the bank statement in SmartDocs 360.
This update eliminates extra manual steps, making it faster and easier to import files into Xero.

1. Trial Balance Model - auto populate category type, code and tax rate on selection
Now, when users manually modify the category in the transaction table for Trial Balances, SmartDocs 360 will automatically fill in additional details, including Account Code, Account Name, and Account Type, based on the selected category from the Chart/Category.
2. Categories - Display Tax name in Category List
For Xero-connected entities, the Categories screen now displays tax rates directly from users Xero records, ensuring accurate and consistent tax information.
3. Invoice/Receipt Model - simplified and compacted interface
For invoice and receipt data review in SmartDocs 360, the table layout has been redesigned to maximize information display without scrolling.
The total amount rows have been removed from the Payment section; instead, the extracted totals will be displayed directly below the calculated sums based on the transactions read from the document. The UI will also show an alert message if the extracted totals do not reconcile with the calculated totals from the line items
4. Document list - Resize columns
The Document List page now displays the file name, and default column sizes are updated. More importantly, users can adjust the column width by dragging it when needed.
5. Contacts - Show count for supplier and customer
On the Contacts screen, the total number of contacts is now displayed at the top for better visibility. This allows users to quickly see the total count without needing to filter or scroll.
1. Bank Statements - SmartDocs 360 will now calculate the running balance of Statements with an Opening Balance. This balance is added to the transaction amounts appearing on the statement.
2. File Uploads - Fixed an issue where files with significantly long names would overlap with other text.
