You can upload a trial balance directly into SmartDocs 360 to automatically extract key data—including Accounts and their balances.
How to Upload a Trial Balance
You can upload Trial Balances to SmartDocs 360 in two ways:
Upload via Documents Screen

Upload via Email

- Send your trial balances to the designated SmartDocs email.
Step 2: Review and Edit Data
Once uploaded, click on the uploaded Trial Balance to review the extracted data.
Once processed, SmartDocs 360 will automatically extract:
- Trial Balance Date.
- Line Items (if available).
- the Balances.
Exporting Data:
- Click
and select a file format:
- CSV (for general use)
- Excel (for manual adjustments)
- QIF
- CSV ASCII
- If the entity has been connected to an integration partner, click Publish to 'XXXX' to export the data to the integration partner.

Additional Features:
| Sort by Columns: Click column headers to reorder line items. | |
| Manually Add Line Items: Click a button to insert new line items. | |
| Show/Hide Column Filters: Toggle visibility of filtering options. | |
| Adjust Density: Change text size for better readability. | |

| Delete Model: If the selected document includes multiple models, then any unneeded models can be deleted. |
