You can upload supplier invoices directly into SmartDocs 360 to automatically extract key data—including supplier name, invoice number, amounts, and now even payment details (BSB and Account Number).
How to Upload an Invoice
You can upload Invoices to SmartDocs 360 in two ways:
Upload via Documents Screen
Navigate to Documents in SmartDocs 360. |

Upload via Email

Send your bank statements to the designated SmartDocs email.

Step 2: Review and Edit Data
Once uploaded, click on the uploaded Dividend statement to review the extracted data.
Once processed, SmartDocs 360 will automatically extract:

Supplier Name
-
Invoice Number
-
Invoice Date
-
Line Items (if available)
-
BSB and Account Number (if present on the invoice)
Exporting Data:

Click
and select a format:

CSV (for general use)

Excel (for manual adjustments)

Additional Features:
Sort by Columns: Click column headers to reorder transactions. |

Manually Add Line Items: Click a button to insert new transactions. |

Show/Hide Column Filters: Toggle visibility of filtering options. | |
Adjust Density: Change text size for better readability. | |
