Introduced inline editing on the Document Extraction screen, allowing users to edit Description, Category, Unit Price, Quantity, Amounts, and Tracking Category directly within the list view.
Users can quickly navigate between fields using the Tab and arrow keys, streamlining the document review and correction process.
SmartDocs 360 now supports inline editing directly on the Contacts list view. Users can update common contact fields without opening the full contact form.
To use inline editing, simply click within the field on the Contacts list, make your changes, and press Tab or use the arrow keys to move between fields. This enables quicker updates and streamlined contact management.
Improvements
- Added a new “Extract Line Items” toggle under Supplier settings (default ON) to control whether invoice/receipt line items are extracted.
Includes validation requiring a Default Category when line item extraction is disabled, with updated behaviour to apply changes to both existing and new documents. Added a new optional Preferred Payment Method field under Supplier Financial Details.
