Inline Editing on Categories Page
Users can now edit category details (Type, Name, Code, and Tax Rate) directly within the Categories list view. Navigation between fields is streamlined with the Tab key, making bulk edits faster and more efficient.
Offline Uploads in SmartDocs 360 Mobile App
Users can now upload files while offline. Selected files are cached locally and uploaded automatically once the internet is restored.
A special SEND icon and an on-screen pop-up indicate that uploads are offline.
Cached files show an overlay and can be removed using the trash icon.
Photos from the library or scanned offline are added to the preview list.
An upload badge shows whenever cached files exist.
Improvements
Default category creation now pre-fills the Type field along with other fields when selecting an auto-fill option, reducing manual input.
Mobile upload capability enhanced: users can now upload documents from any screen using the + icon, including Documents, Profile, and AP screens.
Errors Fixed
Fixed an issue where rotating a PDF did not rotate its bounding box. The bounding box now rotates correctly with the PDF.
Improved error handling for deleted documents. When a document is deleted in one browser tab and opened in another, SmartDocs now displays a clear message indicating the document has been deleted.
Fixed multiple issues on the Document Page for Android: uploading files no longer causes the app to restart, and the analysing indicator now stops correctly once document analysis is complete.
Resolved an issue where photos selected from the mobile gallery did not appear on the upload screen. Selected photos now display correctly during upload.
