Overview
If an entity has been disabled in Smartdocs 360, it can be reactivated at any time. Reactivating an entity restores access to all its documents, allowing you to continue managing and working with them as needed.
Steps to Reactivate a Disabled Entity
Navigate to Entities on the left-hand toolbar |
Locate the disabled entity in the list. Disabled entities are greyed out to indicate their status.
On the right side of the disabled entity name, click the three-dot icon (•••).
From the dropdown menu, select Enable.

Once reactivated, the entity and all its associated documents will be fully accessible again.

Reactivating an entity will result in standard billing resuming.
