How to invite a user into MyBGL?
To invite a user to MyBGL, please follow the steps below:

How to disable a user's access to MyBGL?
To remove a user's access to MyBGL, please follow the steps below:
- Navigate and open Users on the app switcher
- Navigate to Admin on the left panel and then User Manager
- From the User Manager list, find the user you want to remove access from MyBGL
- Click on the Edit button on the right side of the name
- Select Disable and then Disable in MyBGL to remove user's access to MyBGL.
What to do if MyBGL is not loading?
Note: You may encounter some issue loading MyBGL if you are using Safari as your browser or if you are using a mobile device. If that's the case, please try the self troubleshooting steps below:
- Please try to open MyBGL using another Browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), OR
- Check if your browser blocks third-party cookies and prevent cross-site tracking (When on, sites can't use cookies that track you across the web. Features on some sites may break.)
