Documents - Users can now manage categories to classify purchases, expenses, and revenue extracted from documents.
- For entities connected to Xero, the entity’s categories list will be automatically brought over from the external software upon a successful connection.
- Users also have the option to run a manual sync using the [Sync Categories] button.
2. Xero - When publishing invoices/bills and manual journals from SmartDocs 360 to Xero, a [Go to SmartDocs 360] button will now display in Xero. This allows the user to return directly to the source document in SmartDocs 360 from Xero.

Bank Statements—Bank statement validations now support transactions listed in descending order and transactions without a running balance.

Connections - wording change from “Company” to “Organisation”.

Connections - added the [Open in Xero] button to navigate the user to the connected organisation.
Errors Corrected
- Document Details—When a line item has a validation error, details are visible under the action buttons upon hover.
- Documents - After publishing the document, the Document Status and Updated Date were not auto-updated on the document list.
