Entity Management and Groups— Entity Management has been redesigned, allowing you to manage a user's access to entities directly or through groups.
Groups can be created for whatever purpose you have, e.g. location of the team, group of clients, partner's entities, etc, and management of which entities and users can access that group can be controlled. By default, Admin users have access to all groups and entities.
Access to a specific entity can be viewed and edited on the Entities tab.
When creating entities, you will also have the option to assign them to a group or assign users at the same. This step is not required for Account Owners and Admin users.
Improvements
- Contacts - Users can now reload data for all contacts connected to Xero using the [Sync Contacts] button.
- Documents - Tooltips added to describe document statuses.
Errors Corrected
