New Features

1. Documents - Data from Utility bills (electricity, gas, phone, solar panel) can now be extracted and published to Xero bills with files attached.

2. Xero - When publishing an invoice to Xero, you can now select the status to push, i.e. Draft, Awaiting Payment, Paid.

3. Invoices - The following Payment related fields will now display for invoices

  • Paid
  • Bank account
  • Payment date

4. Documents - Documents can now be renamed from both the Documents List or details page.

5. Documents - Ability to view document information, i.e. document name, uploaded by whom, when it was last updated, and document size.

Improvements

1. Receipts - The payment section for publishing receipts has been improved.

2. Integrations - The date connected was added for connections to Xero and QuickBooks.

3. Invoices - Invoice Payment Date now defaults to Due or today’s date.

4. Contacts List -Last updated date and Contact type filter have been added.

5. User Roles - added permissions to Manage Accounting Software Connection and Manage Contacts.

Errors Corrected

1. Documents - error “Some files cannot be uploaded” was incorrectly displayed even though all files are ready to upload.

2. Documents - Xero bank & 630 accounts incorrectly displaying in Invoice line items Category. 

3. Xero - Bank accounts without an account number were not handled correctly.

4. Xero - error when pushing an invoice with no date.
