Overview

SmartDocs 360 now enables users to verify ABN information for contacts across the Contact Screen, Documents Screen, and Entities Screen. Users can also easily access the ABN Lookup from SmartDocs 360 to view detailed registration information for both ABN and ACN.

Navigation

Navigate to one of the following:

The Entities Screen by selecting Entities on the sidebar.

The Contacts screen by selecting an entity on the entities screen, then selecting contacts on the sidebar.

Then create a new entity or contact, or edit an existing one.

Once a name has been entered, the option to search for the ABN and ACN on ABN lookup will appear and will search for the name entered.

Once the ABN has been entered, SmartDocs will verify that it matches the Entity/Contact name. 

Selecting view it will take you to the direct entry in the ABN Lookup.
