Once a connection has been established with Xero, Xero’s contacts for the organisation will be brought over to the integrated SmartDocs 360 entity.

Details
The integration between the contacts in Xero and SmartDocs 360 is outlined in the following;
- When connection is established with Xero, the existing contacts from Xero will be brought over to SmartDocs 360.
- Contacts that have been brought through from Xero will have a Xero logo linked to the contact.
- Any changes made to contacts' details in Xero (including add or archive contacts) will flow through to SmartDocs 360 automatically.
- Users have the option to manually reload changes made in Xero's contacts within SmartDocs 360 by clicking the button.
- Contacts imported from Xero are not editable in SmartDocs 360. Changes need to be made in Xero, including adding contacts.
