Overview

SmartDocs 360 allows you to easily export data extracted from bank statements into a CSV or Excel format. This exported data can be uploaded directly into accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks, streamlining your financial processes.

Accessing a Bank Statement

1. Navigate to the Documents screen in SmartDocs 360.
2. Select the Bank Statements to open it for review.

Export the Bank Statement

1. 1. At the top of the extracted data section, click .
   2. Select your preferred format (CSV or Excel) and how the data should be formatted based on the options provided.
      
   3. The pop-up window will also provide you with the following export format options:
      • SmartDocs 360
      • SmartDocs Precodeded
      • QuickBooks Online
      • Xero
      • Xero Precoded
