Overview
You can track which users have been invited and who have joined by navigating to User Manager | Admin | Invitations under the Invited and Joined tabs.
Filters are available for you to locate a specific user in the list.

The following table explains the different invitation statuses.

This will display for users who have been invited to SmartDocs 360. These users will have received an email containing the login details. | |

This will display next to the user for whom the invitation has been cancelled. The user will not be able to access SmartDocs 360 with the login details that were sent in the invitation email. |
An invitation will expire five days after it has been sent. Once an invitation expires, the user needs to be re-invited again. You will not be able to use the Re-send function for an expired invitation. |

This will display next to users after they first log in to SmartDocs 360 after the invitation has been sent. |
